It Just Ain't About The Money...
...It's more of earning money the right way. It's about earning money through the right means. How do you define if it's right? Well, for me, it's basically using your own talents, the right resources, and the legal ways.
I think of it this way. If you had this piece of land where you got just the right amount of money. You decide you would like to reap in more cash so you decide to expand your "business" and use the piece of land next to yours which is your sister's. If she decides it's okay, then go ahead and do so. If you don't get permission, then using it for your own personal gain is wrong. After all, it's not yours to begin with.

So who is Sweeney Todd? I did my homework and I checked out Wikipedia. Here's what the site said about Sweeney Todd: Sweeney Todd is a fictional villain/antihero. A barber and serial killer, the character appears in various English language works starting in the mid-19th century. His weapon of choice is a straight razor, with which he cuts his victim's throats; in some versions of the story his lover, friend and accomplice, Margery (sometimes Nellie or Claudette) Lovett, bakes the carcasses into meat pies. Tim Burton will direct an adaptation of Sondheim's Sweeney Todd for the big screen. It will star Johnny Depp as Sweeney Todd, Helena Bonham Carter as Mrs. Lovett, Alan Rickman as Judge Turpin, Sacha Baron Cohen as Signor Adolfo Pirelli, and Laura Michelle Kelly as the Beggar Woman. It is slated for release on January 11, 2008. And yeah. I also did get to find this piece of info from ComingSoon.net. You might to learn a whole lot more about this Sweeney Todd person. DreamWorks Studios announced today that Johnny Depp has been set to star and Tim Burton to direct Sweeney Todd, the award-winning Stephen Sondheim musical thriller.
The co-production with Warner Bros. will star Johnny Depp as the titular Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Depp is currently starring in the record-breaking blockbuster, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.
The Broadway production of Sweeney Todd, with Sondheim's music and lyrics and a book by Hugh Wheeler based on the play by Christopher Bond, opened in 1979 and won eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Its mix of the comic, the dramatic and the macabre held together by Sondheim's movie-like score has had hundreds of productions throughout the world. A highly acclaimed revival is now playing in New York.
The story of Sweeney Todd is of a wrongfully imprisoned barber in Victorian England who sets out to seek revenge on the judge who imprisoned him. The plot is foreshadowed in the first lines of the opening number: "Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd./His skin was pale and his eye was odd./He shaved the faces of gentlemen/Who never thereafter were heard of again."

Chuck up another point for this gorgeous and oh so talented actor Johnny Depp. And that point would go to his characteristic that he can play one character and really be the character. You surely would not find any traces of Johnny Depp when he is acting. It's going to be all about the character and not about him.
And just today, while I was doing my usual stuff, I came across this post that shows one of the latest photos of Johnny with Helena Bonham Carter in his newest movie, Sweeney Todd. And so I decided to look for more Johnny-Depp-as-Sweeney-Todd photos. And I did have much fun looking at 'em! Yey! My day's complete now. I've had my dose of Johnny Depp.

Appetizer: What is your favorite kind of pie?I actually am not a pie person so no answer here. Soup: Name something that made you smile this week.My son doing his crazy antics again. Anything he does just makes me smile. Salad: What do you do to cool off when the weather is hot and humid?I go to the beach which is just around a 5- to 10-minute drive from here. Oh yeah, some ice cold coke helps a whole lot. Main Course: You receive $1,000 in the mail with a letter that says you can only use the money to redecorate one room in your home. Which room do you pick, and what do you buy to spruce it up?I'll pick my room. I'd like to make it bigger then paint it with really bright colors. I'll also fill in a really cool bed and maybe even try to put in some more shelves for my stuff. (I think I'd rather have those guys on TV who do your room for free work on my room though.) Dessert: Fill in the blank: My _________ says __________, but I __________. My heart says something, but I think I'd rather not follow it this time.

And so I had this urge to learn more about food and cooking when I got accepted as a blogger for Baking Press. I honestly can say that I am not a cook and the only thing I can do with food is eat it. I did have dreams of becoming a cook when I was a little kid but they somehow got lost upon growing up. I do know how to cook some things though like sinangag (fried rice), fried dishes (mostly eggs and hotdogs), and just about that. I learned how to make polvoron and pastillas when I was in high school but because I had no practice, I now do not know how to make them. I have forgotten actually. But lately, I picked up the need to learn more and I want to learn how to cook more complicated dishes. Like last Sunday, I was able to cook up a batch of carbonara with really creamy sauce. And yesterday, some colleagues and I went to a friend's house so I could learn how to cook tenderloin tips. Hmmm... I'm now raring to cook tenderloin tips at home. (I want to cook at home so that if the dish turns out badly, I'll be able to face other people for the don't know just how bad I did.)

Who is Atomicgirl?
Atomicgirl is a single mom who is currently jobless. Well, she does freelance SEO and writing jobs and that keeps her busy. She dreams of being a professional photographer and she dreams of owning her very own dSLR. She loves the Internet and she also collects movies, and good reads. She considers herself to be a fan of Johnny Depp and David Cook. At present, her constant source of happiness is her son, James Nicholas Sky, who is a bubbly and talkative two-and-a-half-year old. Although Atomicgirl graduated with a BA Communication Research degree, this feisty Bicolana is quite satisfied with the industry that she is involved in right now. She now lives in Legazpi City although she sometimes misses the fun times she had during her 6-year stay in the jungle of Manila. She is a woman. She is a writer. She is a mother. And she is most definitely not a saint.
