Anything else you'd like to say? I didn't know I could make it as a B-list blogger. Wahaha. After all, I'm not an "Wanna ex-links?" kind of person. Oh well.

*shudder* First time I heard about it, I felt like I maybe should start walking out of the dentist's clinic. Sounds too evil. You know, Damon and demon. Uh... Oh well. So I decided to learn more about it last night after I went home. And now it sounds quite promising. The previous dentists that I've gone to said that I should have to go through four extractions. That would be four pre-molars so they can get my teeth straightened out and so I would not have to suffer from a receding gumline and more cavities. But the dentist I went to yesterday told me that they're going to use a new kind of brace and there's a huge chance that I won't have to go through any kind of extraction. It's new and it's as if it's not there. It's called the Damon System. And I found it really interesting. - lesser chances of having to go through extractions
- aligns teeth the natural way and with much comfort
- new kind of braces that look as if they're not even there
- takes a shorter time to straighten teeth out
I may have a go at this one. But it would also mean that I would have to shell out quite a huge amount of money. Well, around 5k to 10k more than the usual. But without extractions, that's quite fine I guess. I may try this one out. I surely have not heard anybody (yet) who has gotten these here in Legazpi. And the dentist has a good reputation after being a friend to two friends of mine and having been one of the heads of the association of dentists here. Not too bad I guess.
What do you think?

13 Memorable Vacation Get-Aways - Bulusan, Sorsogon get-away: my orgmates and I spent days in Bulusan where we went to a waterfall, sang some videoke, just hang about, and went to the beach everyday. This went on for about five days.
- Ligao City get-away: my friends and I would just hang-out by the streets during the afternoon and play tons of games until the night comes. We were living a totally 'provincial' life.
- Barcelona, Sorsogon get-away: my cousins and I would just wake up in the morning and spend time by the beach. We would be back in time for a late breakfast and then we would spend the rest of the day waiting for the sun to set so we can enjoy more of the beach.
- Jovellar, Albay get-away: my colleagues and I went to this beautiful waterfalls. It was one of those really fun experiences.
- Manila get-away: I went for a quick get-away a couple of days before my birthday and it was a totally relaxing destressing experience despite the fact that Manila was pretty much a busy place. I also got to spend time with former housemates and got to meet with old friends.
- Balete, Sto. Domingo, Albay get-away: my churchmates and I went to this pretty far-flung place where there was even no electricity. We spent the days just roughing it up and spent the nights waiting for the falling stars to appear.
- Sawanga, Bacon, Sorsogon get-away: a couple of friends and I went to this beautiful island. The place was simply pristine and there was no need for a boat to get to the island. You just walked to the island. Reminds me a lot of the movie, "The Beach".
- Rizal Beach get-away: during the Holy Week this year, my colleagues and I went to Rizal Beach in Sorsogon. It was a totally fun experience where I had experienced drinking until I *almost* dropped. There were tons of laughter and even more stories to share.
- Las Aguas, Sto. Domingo, Albay get-away: during my friend's birthday, we went to this resort and it was totally fun and relaxing. We ate a lot, drank a lot, and swam a lot. We even played volleyball like we were kids.
- Tabaco/Tiwi get-away: we joined a friend when he went to Tabaco. We ate at one restaurant there and headed off to Tiwi where we saw pretty sights and visited one really old church. It was quite fun for I was able to take tons of pictures. I felt like it was an educational tour for we had to go to different spots in just an afternoon.
- Reyes Beach get-away: One of those times that I really had fun and had tons of hours of catching up with an old friend. We didn't take a dip in the ocean but we just spent hours drinking and telling stories about life and what life has made us.
- Sta. Cruz, Laguna get-away: it was during my college days that my then-boyfriend asked me to join him to go to Laguna. I was not prepared, did not have anything with me but some money, but off I went where we and his friends spent hours jamming until the morning light.
- Summer 2000 get-away: after working for weeks as a relief operations volunteer, my co-volunteers and I went on a weekend get-away to various parts of Sorsogon. We spent the night at this hot spring resort, worked our way to an old church in the morning, walked around the Bulusan lake, and spent the afternoon catching up on sleep.
What's yours?

Blackle Is The Green Google
After I discovered Google, I started using it to make my online searches. I found it far better than Yahoo!. Now, if you would like to save on energy, I guess you'd better switch search engines. Why don't you try using Blackle. So okay. It's the green Google. Well, not actually green literally for it's black. Oh sheesh. I'm sounding confused here. Okay. Let me start. Blackle is black but it is green. It is black for it has a black background which, according to those behind it, helps us save on energy, thus making it green. (I hope I did not confuse you even more.) It helps you save much IF you are using a CRT monitor. If you are using an LCD monitor, then experts are saying that Blackle would not work really well in it's aim at helping save energy. For a CRT monitor, you use up 74 watts if you use Google but if you use Blackle, you only use 59 watts. Now in the long run, that would mean huge numbers. I'm having trouble using Blackle though. It's giving me quite a headache. Black? No thank you. And it does not have much to work with like image searches, news searches, and all those other things you find at Google. But anyhow, if you're interested in more Blackle-like search engines, you may want to use these: Darkoogle, Earthle, and Greenergle

Well, I went to the dentist to have my teeth assessed (if that is what you'd really call it). My dentist told me that it would take a year and a half to two years to have my teeth fixed. I have gone through several dentists already and they really are recommending that I have braces. Well, I can live with misaligned teeth. But I have become fearful because all of them told me that my gums are receding because of overcrowding. And also because of overcrowding, my teeth are very prone to cavities and plaque. Good Lord. Also, I spent the rest of the morning and the afternoon with my son who was sick. He had asthma again but he's quite fine now. He still has colds but his condition is better now. He does not wheeze with each breath that he takes. And he's pretty perky and active unlike yesterday. But he still chooses to wear new clothes, his socks, and his shoes because he really wants to go out but he can't. I promise I'll take him out when he's all fine. I do have a computer table now. Thank God. And thanks to Theon and Bem for they accompanied me to buy the table which had yet to be assembled. Leonel also for he accompanied me when I was out trying to find the computer table that would fit my small little room-slash-workspace. Thanks to Theon also who assembled the table yesterday afternoon. After a long, long time, I cooked. This time, it was more of a complicated dish. I only knew how to make fried rice, polvoron and pastillas. And that I have done so long ago I just could not even recall when. So yesterday, while Theon was slaving away at my computer table, I was busy cooking carbonara, courtesy of Ate Pinky's lessons. Heehee! It was a success if I may say so. Yehey! Theon, Ate Pinky, Annabelle, and I went to Quick 'N Hearty yesterday where I saw Peter, Mox, Moinks, and Wilbert - all high school classmates. I had tons of laughter with them for some minutes before I went back home. I think I need to organize a high school reunion now. Hmmm.... What else? Hmmm... I just could not recall what else I did. I am just pretty happy now with what I have accomplished. Oh yeah. I also learned something today and I guess I'm pretty happy. But the thing is, why should I be happy? There's nothing I can gain from that certain thing and I'm only going to be stupid again if I well... make 'patol'. Whatever.

Who is Atomicgirl?
Atomicgirl is a single mom who is currently jobless. Well, she does freelance SEO and writing jobs and that keeps her busy. She dreams of being a professional photographer and she dreams of owning her very own dSLR. She loves the Internet and she also collects movies, and good reads. She considers herself to be a fan of Johnny Depp and David Cook. At present, her constant source of happiness is her son, James Nicholas Sky, who is a bubbly and talkative two-and-a-half-year old. Although Atomicgirl graduated with a BA Communication Research degree, this feisty Bicolana is quite satisfied with the industry that she is involved in right now. She now lives in Legazpi City although she sometimes misses the fun times she had during her 6-year stay in the jungle of Manila. She is a woman. She is a writer. She is a mother. And she is most definitely not a saint.
