I wanted to have my own domain and web hosting for my blog. I have been given a
web hosting choice by a friend but I was still unsure whether I would not regret having my own domain and web hosting in the long run. Honestly, right now, I just consider it a luxury and not a necessity. That's me.
But for other people, it just might be the answer to their online prayers. You just can do about anything once you have your own web hosting and own domain. And the site I mentioned above is just going to give you your web hosting answers. I tried it and it's quite fine.
Just my two cents' worth here.

I need a breather. I need to relax. And I need to take a break. When will I be able to? Honestly, I don't know up until when can I keep this up. It's hard and it's bringing me down. The only consolation I have when I go home are my movies and my CSI DVDs. That's all. But as soon as I take a seat behind this piece of bulky equipment, I need to slave away and try to make the idle muscle I have up there. Or else I go blank.
I just might short circuit any time soon. Please be forewarned.

A couple of Sundays ago, while my father and our jeepney drivers were cleaning up the vehicles, they were loudly talking about the possible rematch between Oscar De La Hoya and Floyd Mayweather. I am no boxing buff but I could understand bits and pieces of their conversations.
It seems like one of the boxing world's hottest rematches was supposed to be scheduled for May but there seems to be some hindrances for the De La Hoya party. I have not been able to follow that part of the conversation though so I cannot share that with you. But anyway, it does look like September may be the final date for that rematch.
What interests me now is the fact that their first bout had brought in tons of dollars for both parties and for the organizers as well. Now if this rematch really does happen, I am thinking that people who are going to earn are going to earn even more. I can just imagine
Mayweather/De La Hoya tickets selling like hotcakes once the date has been finalized. But will it really happen? Boxing fans are waiting and they are becoming even more excited about the thought of De La Hoya and Mayweather having another boxing showdown.
As for me, I'll leave the match to the boys. I can stay upstairs in my room with my kid and let us play games. Boxing games, that is.

I had realized that there are some things I'm missing right now. Although I am able to talk about tons of stuff with friends, there still are some that I just could not have. Like intellectual conversations. See, most of the time, unpopular opinions are usually very much booed here. So you'd better be in the norm or else they frown upon you for thinking such.
I just miss those conversations I've had had before in college. We would talk about the chummiest stuff to the deepest. We don't engage in useless trivia that we could not use in everyday lives. We talk about facts and reality and we talk about deeper interpretations of the things happening around us.
I need to go to Manila soon. Or else my mind may just breakdown anytime. It needs some intellectual exercise, that I tell you.
